Why different bake days?

Fresh bakes without the tiny bakery sauna.

Missouri heat and packaged baked goods do not always get along. A weekly rhythm helps keep rolls soft, breads fresh, and waste lower without turning every visit into a guessing game.

Monday markdowns, when available, give good leftovers a chance to find a home before the next fresh week begins.

Beyond the bake days
